Is there a free trial available for your paid plans?

Yes, all paid plans come with a 7-day free trial. No credit card required to start your trial.

Can I change my plan later?

Of course. You can manage your plan in your account settings.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your plan at any time and your account will remain open for the duration of the billing period. We do not offer refunds.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple pay. We can accommodate bank transfers and purchase orders for Pro and Team annual accounts only.

How does billing work?

Your card on file will be billed monthly or annually depending on what billing schedule you registered for. Billing will continue as-per that schedule until unless you cancel your account. For team accounts the price will automatically adjust as teammates are added or removed.
