SJA Enterprises, Inc., doing business as Timeline Creator ("Timeline Creator," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), owns and operates https://timelinecreator.net and the Timeline Creator application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit the Website, create or use an account, purchase a subscription, contact us, or otherwise interact with the Service.
By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you use Timeline Creator on behalf of an organization, the organization may separately control information in the account and may have its own privacy obligations and policies.

When an individual or organization uploads information about clients, witnesses, employees, customers, family members, or other third parties into a timeline, Timeline Creator generally processes that information on behalf of the account holder. The account holder is responsible for determining whether it may lawfully collect, upload, use, share, and retain that information and for responding to requests from those individuals when required by law.
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, organization, job title, mailing address, account credentials, profile details, subscription information, user role, and communication preferences.
When you purchase a subscription or paid feature, our payment processor may collect payment-card details, billing address, transaction information, and fraud-prevention data. Timeline Creator generally receives limited payment information such as payment status, card type, expiration details, billing contact information, and transaction identifiers. We do not store complete payment-card numbers on Timeline Creator application servers.
We collect and process information you create, upload, import, store, share, or transmit through the Service, including timelines, dates, event descriptions, notes, categories, documents, images, audio, video, links, comments, metadata, and information about collaborators. User Content may contain personal information about you or other people, and may be confidential or sensitive depending on what you choose to upload.
